We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our workshop programs and educational services. However, due to the nature of digital educational content and online workshops, refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Workshop Enrollments
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your request and the extent of service usage:
- Before Workshop Start Date: Full refund available if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop start date
- Within 48 Hours of Start: Partial refund of 50% available if requested within 48 hours of workshop commencement, provided no more than 10% of course materials have been accessed
- After 48 Hours: No refunds available once 48 hours have passed from the workshop start date
Subscription Services
For subscription-based access to our platform:
- Monthly subscriptions: Refund available within 7 days of initial purchase only, provided less than 25% of available content has been accessed
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund available within 30 days of initial purchase, minus any content accessed or workshops attended
- Renewal charges: No refunds on automatic renewal charges; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
One-Time Purchases
Individual course materials, recordings, or resources purchased separately may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if the content has not been downloaded, accessed, or viewed.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Completed workshops or courses where certification has been issued
- Downloaded materials, templates, or resources
- Custom or personalized services
- Special promotional offers or discounted bundles (unless otherwise stated)
- Third-party services or tools provided through our platform
- Administrative or processing fees
Refund Request Process
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:
- Submit a written refund request to info@boralyxenor.com
- Include your full name, email address associated with your account, and order number
- Provide a detailed reason for your refund request
- Submit your request within the eligible timeframe specified above
Processing Time
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5-7 business days. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Notification
You will receive email confirmation once your refund request has been reviewed, whether approved or denied. If denied, we will provide a detailed explanation based on this policy.
Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing purchased services:

- We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- If we cannot resolve the technical problem, a full refund or service credit may be provided at our discretion
Workshop Cancellation by Boralyxenor
If we cancel or significantly reschedule a workshop:
- You will receive a full refund automatically
- Alternatively, you may transfer your enrollment to a future workshop session at no additional cost
- You will be notified of cancellations at least 48 hours in advance when possible
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of documented medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside the standard policy terms. Such requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require appropriate documentation.
Partial Services and Pro-Rating
For services partially consumed:
- Refunds will be calculated based on the unused portion of the service
- Access to materials, completed modules, or attended sessions will be deducted from the refund amount
- Minimum refund amount is subject to a processing fee of 5% or the local currency equivalent
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your financial institution:
- Your account access will be immediately suspended pending resolution
- We will provide transaction documentation to your financial institution
- If the chargeback is found to be unjustified, you may be liable for administrative fees and legal costs
- We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any payment dispute
Account Credits and Alternatives
Instead of a monetary refund, we may offer:
- Account credit equal to the refund amount for future purchases
- Transfer to a different workshop or course of equal or lesser value
- Extended access period to compensate for service interruptions
Account credits do not expire but are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Changes to Services and Pricing
We reserve the right to modify our services, content, or pricing at any time. Such changes do not entitle existing customers to refunds unless the changes fundamentally alter the service you purchased as described at the time of purchase.
Currency and Exchange Rates
Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original transaction. If your financial institution applies currency conversion, exchange rate differences or conversion fees are your responsibility. We do not compensate for currency fluctuations between purchase and refund dates.
